Import historical applications via CSV

Bulk-import past market applications using a CSV spreadsheet so you can get years of show history into Fairkeep in minutes.

  1. 1CSV import and export are on the Maker and Vendor plans.
  2. 2Go to Dashboard → Applications.
  3. 3Click "CSV Template" in the top-right to download a pre-filled template showing all available columns.
  4. 4Open the file in Excel or Google Sheets. Add one row per past show — event name, city, state, date, status, booth fee, and any other details.
  5. 5Save the file as CSV (.csv format).
  6. 6Back in Applications, click "Import CSV" and select your saved file.
  7. 7Fairkeep imports each row individually — invalid rows are skipped with a note, and you'll see a summary of how many entries were imported.
