Spread a booth fee across a season

Distribute a single season or annual booth fee across all same-named events in a year so each event shows its true per-show cost.

  1. 1Booth fee spread is on the Maker and Vendor plans.
  2. 2Open any event that is part of a recurring series.
  3. 3Scroll to the Booth Fee field in the financial section.
  4. 4Toggle "Spread across season" on.
  5. 5Enter the total season fee (e.g. $600 for the full run).
  6. 6Fairkeep divides the fee by the number of same-named events in that year and displays the effective per-event cost.
  7. 7The spread cost is used in your income calculations and tax reports automatically.
